I'm just talking about starting in 4-5 months, I have know idea if I would ever be able to do it. I thought of the map problem, wouldn't it be possible to make multiple maps(say approximatly 1000 screens, not all land. But like diferant size continants) and just have a "boat" thats part of each map at a dock and you walk up to it and pay money to pass from contanant to contanant(And it would show a screen of a ship like in Mystery Isle). And have lots of smaller maps like for dungens, and abandend mines, Portals to alternet dementions, ect.(Filled with evil all the time so that people can go fight at differant places depending on there lvl) If we rebuild the engine, is it possible to expand the mapping concept to fit that? As for it getting boring, we'll just have to come up with like 100-200 spells(Wich should not be hard, just steal ideas from any game with spells. Heal, attack, positive, negitive( i.e. bless\curse), stuff like that woun't be to hard, the hard part will be the wepons, well need to make a lot more. And is it possible to make 3 or 4 sub catagorys in attack and 2 or 3 in magic (Sword, axe, long range, claric, sorcerer, magician.(i.e. claric mostly healer, socerer mostly attack, magician a mix with more positive and nagitive spells). Well I'm done yappin'. If any of these look good to you guys then please give feed back(also if they are possible after rebuild) Thanks for your time, sorry bout how long it is.
