If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Are you running on Admin status? Could be that it would be under:
"C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Dink Smallwood"
Mind you, AppData shows as a Hidden Folder, so you'll want to change the settings that were mentioned also.
But that's the location I found them under.
But I suppose it depends on which Vista you're running as well. Mine is Home Basic, though I did run Vista Ultimate for a time.
