Actually i did enjoy the vid. i loved how you criticized yourself. 
and for the Not so topic discussion. My fave way of earning gold is Spending as little as possible and letting the monster own eachoter. (Lazy? maybe but i am thinking of doing a low lever run of The game.) And my second fave is venturing in the Darklands prematurely. those monsters seem to drop more gold the the stone-giants do.
