Time
I've noticed that the time now(for me that is) is 6:20pm but on here, it's 7:20pm. Now even though I edited it to my time ages ago, it's 7:20pm on here at this exact moment I'm posting this. But when I try to change it on preferences, 
it stays the same!! What's going on?!

I agree there is a bug here.
I have time zone here as GMT+5:30 but if I set time as +5(5 1/2 N/A) then the forum time becomes 3 hrs ahead of the real time.
But unlike your problem I can get it within 1/2 hr. of real time by selecting GMT+2hr.
