What's a good spritemaker that's good but simple to use?

For 16-Bit & 8-Bit sprite's are:
-Adobe Photoshop
-MS Paint
-Paint Shop Pro

GraphicsGale is pretty good for pixel art. However, I keep finding myself going back to MS Paint. XD

Paint is great. I've also been using a freeware program called Pixia.

How do you use Pixia?

Umm... wait a while. This isn't the busiest place on the net, and it might take a while for someone in the know to come along.

Why don't you try to google "pixia tutorial" or something? That may find you something.
