Try! I didn't have any experience in programming when i started "Fall of Tahmar". I just downloaded rudiment of scripting, and whenever I got stuck I ask these helpful guys on the network... Thanks a lot

An good idea, (even a really really good idea) is overrated in general. You could easily make a good DMOD with a stupendous idea (like trying to get some cheese for the king).A good idea to start with is just a nice extra. Besides having an idea is really simple. Converting your creative ideas into a playable form, that's the real challenge.
So, I don't think many people will be using your idea. Though it can't hurt to give someone something to start out with, just don't expect it to end up the way you think it will. (Oh, and if someone is interested, don't expect it to be the more experienced DMOD authors. They already have some experience making a storyline suited to their style)
I'd say you should try it yourself. DMODing might be somewhat hard to get into, but if you have patience you can easily learn it. And people on the board are (usually) really helpful, so...
