Suggestion For: D-Mod Downloads Page/s
Just a suggestion for the D-Mod Downloads page/s.
A columm that states how large the D-Mod is would be usefull, or at least usefull to me. But it owuld be nice to be able to eaily see how large a file is without having to go to its actuall page/topic.
Just my opinion,
Echo

I'm not quite sure if Redink1 or any other staff member just set the filesize, mahually or if they are stored in a database, if they are in a database shouldn't there be a problem for Redink1 to spit it out.
Personal reasons.
It would likely be useful for Dinkers with dial-up connections. They can immediately put-off downloading the 30 MB Pilgrim's Quest without needing to browse the D-Mod's page.
For me it is the fact that I use a public computer (No Internet at Home), and also because I don't own a memory stick, CD-RW, or CD's.
What I use is a partially corrupted relic of a 2.44mb floppy disk.
The highest piece of portable technology I have, is a tape player.

Let me give you a suggestion. Use Total Commander and split the files into 1.44Mb ones. Then you can use diskettes to transoprt them. Still, you need Total Commander on your computer to merge them back
I think you mean 1.44 MB there. Get a memorystick.
Then I won't be able to %&@&! about it!
(I am workin on getting a memory stick)
Your computer just needs an USB port to use a memory stick right, because my computer sonmtimes has trouble playing solitare.

Merlin, that's what I tried asking the last girl that dumped me. Didn't work.
Have you tried to upgrade?
You can build your own computer buying pieces that come separated. You choose the ones that have the characteristics that you need. You can get low to mid prices for a decent computer.
Are you in a far away country?

Eh, it's easier just to make a self-extracing rar segmented archive. 'cause then you need nothing else.
