Did u know that when u r in Windemere and go right till u go to the the sea there are fishes,thet jump in the water.U can kill those fishes with your fireball spell,and they give u big exp (about 120)from a single fish.

That is 100% intended, just so you know... I'm fairly sure Seth mentioned that while discussing secrets in the game at one point, not sure.
