im sick of this site and its dang staff
im leaving TDN oh and ill let the door swing and hit me on the way out SO ILL LEAVE BUTT MARKS ON YOUR SHINEY NEW DOOR

now as for the people who were nice to me during my week stay at TDN id like to say thanks and to save embarassment from going through the door with the butt marks on it id suggest going out the back
ill stay until this thread is closed or ignored or
has somthing happened to it

as for the people that i wont miss

well thats about all ok those four people you can save your goodbyes cause when you say good bye i wont be listening
as for the rest of the people who were not on the list i wish th best for you all in the future and hope that one day that someone will rise up against the staff as i tried to do but when they do i hope they succeed in making the staff see that they are brain washing every one
also i hope you guys dont turn out like those four people up there ^

I wasn't here this week(I was gone at the seaside), and I'm too lazy to read all the posts, so I have no clue what happened to LadyCarrot, and why is she leaving. Should I cry for her?

Yes. We should all cry for her. In one week she managed to...

- Create multiple accounts and argue it was her right to do so.
- Insult multiple staff members.
- Post 5 times in a row in the same thread mutliple times (I believe).
- Become the 6th most active member this month, before accusing us all of being hermits with no social lives (or words to that effect).
- Give birth to triplets.
- Have 4 posts deleted.

It's enough to make an old fishy cry.

Poor SabreTrout..have a *TimBit*. BTW I live alone (with my dog) and have no social life. (For Pete's sake..who has time for a social life, I am on the computer most of the time )Did she really do all that?? I have had this same account now for 6 or 7 years.
I can recall the first time I posted on the (old) Dink Board, and I think I insulted Tal, somehow (can't remember how..it's all water under the bridge anyhow). The Good Old Days..

Well over the years, I have seen much worse, especially when old WC was around (laughs softly to self).

Draconic's behavior wasn't 'spamming'. He was merely responding to several posts in a row. You can only really see this if you view the forum in Threaded or Nested view, though.

LadyCarrot responded to her own posts several times in a row, while the nice and friendly Modify button died a death of crushing neglect.

Here I was thinking it died because of my ungrammatical skills making me modify every post I make ten times to fix all the spelling errors.

Would it be that hard to change the reply button to the modify button on ones own posts? It'd nip that problem completely, no?

The only disadvantage I could see is that sometimes it would not *bump* posts, but if the entire post is your comment, why asre you trying to bumb it anyway?

Could. Though there is currently a solution in place... LadyCarrot is on light probation, which prevents her from replying to a topic if she was the last person to post in that topic.

I was pretty annoying (on the internet and in real life) at that age (~12), but most of the kids here seem to be much more mature than I was.
