Please help I can't buy the into my choices are only NO and Leave,it won't give a yes option!

You have to talk to the man in the bar first. Dink will not want to buy the intro before he knows that he needs it.

Hmm, yes you need the intro... hmm, it might be a bug that re-sets some variable that should not be set again, so I guess you have to restart the game.
First talk to the man in the bar, look at the poster, talk to the man again, then go to the introseller.
