I have finished the dragonworld. I have killed all sorts of sea monsters. My honor and luck are through the roof. But I cannot find the whirlpool. The sign in the tavern says it is east of Port Town. The men in the bar and the smuggler say that it is southwest. Is there anything that I can do? I have talked to everyone in town except the whores.

Sorry you took offense to the use of the word whores. I used it to describe them because it is their profession. If I said I hadn't talked to the women, that would have been different as there are women in the town that are not whores. The men in the bar are downstairs making bombs, not gambling, it is assumed that they frequent the whorehouse but I never saw them coming or going. They seem to spend all their time in the bar talking about whirlpools and making bombs.
