Could be quite long. Only Sparrowhawk and Redink1 do file approval these days. There can be a bit of time between either of them looking at the pending files section. Perhaps a forum topic helps to remind us that there are (multiple) files pending. 
True, at some point I remember it taking many weeks. You've been doing very well for a long time in that regard.

Four days is pretty fast. There was a time when some of us had to wait for three MONTHS to get our files approved. After that, I never complained about file approving time again.
