Seriously though, there's no mystery there. Meats tend to be rich in nutrients that help muscle growth, while vegetables tend to be less so. This is by no means absolute.

Curiously, there was a study where they looked at what Roman gladiators ate, and found out that they used an almost completely vegan diet. Supposedly, this would have boosted their ability to heal wounds and recover from injuries, as opposed to using meat-rich diets to maximize strength, which is the norm in modern fighting sports.

Punisher, you do realize that what you eat barely has anything to do with your physique, strength and/or stamina, right? Pretty much everything else is a bigger factor than the style of your meal. These include genetics, how much you work out, how much and how regularly you eat and how much you spend/gain calories, as well as possible issues with your health.

Best place to look for vegans is obviously a forum regarding a PC-game, of course.

I know people who basically survive on junk food and are in tremendous shape, and people who eat junk food and are fat slobs. Same goes for vegetarians. It's what you do alongside your diet that effects those things.
