Updated Dev File: Skorn's Dark Beach Graphic
Skorn has updated his Dark Beach tile to version 2, making the colours more purplish rather than... speckley.
This one is way nicer than the old ones. Good job, Skorn.

That wasn't really constructive criticism... Anyway, they look a little better then the previous but I can't think of any possible scenario where to use these. You should either make the other tiles that are connecting to this one the same colors; otherwise they're quite useless from my point of view.
I agree with Marpro, you need water and land tiles in the same colours.

really? I thought the old water tiles looked nice with this graphic. Makes sense, the water isnt tainted is it??

Did you test this in game before submitting? It certainly doesn't seem like the case. All that you can do with this tileset is make borders. There's no colored sand to fill in, no colored grass to fill in, and there's nothing to connect the colored grass to the normal grass or sand to water or anything.
As it stands, this file can't be used. I've submitted a screenshot of your tiles in normal use. When it comes up, you'll see what I mean. The bottom line is that the file needs these missing tiles to be of any use.
Also, some parts of the tileset are a little messed up. This will also be noticeable within the screenshot. Perhaps a new version is in order?

Rabid, there is already another file that has other tiles as "night style". But that file did not have these tiles that Skorn had.
You know, I can't seem to put my finger on it... But something about this tileset just seems to draw me in much further...
