Why arent there any wepons in bloop the fish? I cant fight anything without getting pwned!
You have to find 3 worms (there's one on the starting screen, and the remaining 2 are above the starting screen) Then talk to Bubble the Fish (to the left of the starting screen.) He will give you a bubble attack.
