Okay, I got the pendant and know I am supposed to collect skeletons. But how? If I arm the pendant, all that happens when I "fire" it is that I get a message saying "this is the pendant" If I try to "fire" it when running over top of a skeleton, all that happens is I get damage.

what am I doing wrong?

You need to stand real close to a skeleton and talk to it (press space bar).

Ah, thanks. It's THOSE skeletons, then. I was thinking it was the monsters that look like skeletons. No wonder I was having trouble (although I DID try "firing" the pendant at the still skeletons - just didn't try spacebaring them).

Now, off to get 6 of them...
