how do i play waves properly, whenever i do it goes into chipmunk mode.

Can you be more specific on what your problem is?

Like, what are you using to play them? Is it only certain .wav files?

Can you try changing the bitrate? If it plays really fast and high pitched it might be that it's bitrate isn't right. Or go into Sound Recorder on Windows and decrease it's speed, then save it again.
