I think the "Duckie Doom" glitch was caused by the last part in the Temple of the Ancients. You know, the one where you turn into a duck. The "Duckie Doom" glitch is the same as that only you are Dink and your equipped weapons doesn't show up.
EDIT: Nope, no cheats. I played the game all the way through completely legit.
