- How about making it so that the current post you're looking at is not a hyperlink (when you're going through the list of hyperlinks in the "single" post mode at least), like it used to be on the old board? So you know which post you're currently looking at?

- How about returning us to the part of the board we were currently at when choosing to reply/post a new message? So you don't have to click yourself into the board's sub-group each time?

- How about showing that someone modified their posts (by a little bottom note or something), so you don't reply to something, and then the original post changes, and the reply wouldn't seem right anymore AND to avoid things like "oh, but I didn't edit it, you justremember wrong".

- How about "quoting" the text like it was on the older board.. as you see, I had to do that manually on this post, and it would be quite bothersome doing that each time.

Hmm, I do miss the lurker/who's on-line thingy at the top of the board, although, I haven't an intelligent reason why I miss it.

I like the new site, though it doesn't feel as user-friendly anymore...even though it is probably more so.

I like the new look, it's pretty. I miss the lurker list up at the top of the board, though. I also like the random quotes and such. Overall I think it's very cool, but it'll take a little getting used to and whatnot.

You sure have to get used to it. Some things are better, like seeing the message you're replying to. Some worse, like... where are the latest released files and reviews?

And I keep getting 502 errors. And when clicking on the 'go back' button in my browser, the screen just goes blank.

And it's soooooo slow.... it's really annoying.

could someone just explain me the stars, the color of them, etc? this isn't some silly "post 152 messages and get blue stars" rankings thing, so that we'd get someone posting a dozen meaningless posts every day to get to the purple stars or something? *heh*

Red stars = King = redink1
Purple stars = Noble = Senior Staff (Dukie, Tal, Kyle, WC)
Green stars = Bard = Junior Staff (PureEvil, allikitten, SuperWolfman, Phoenix, Amoebalord)
Gold stars = Peasant = Logged in user
No stars = Ghost = Not logged in
