There is a way to do anything, but the Seth graphics were never officially released - probably because Seth wants to keep himself in tact.
Question is what do you want to do to them?

1) The BMP's are readily available in the bmp_dinkpack.zip files under the Development section.
2) There will always be a way to decompress anything for a person who has enough time on their hands. So, to answer your question, for people that don't have very much time on their hands, yes, there is. But only special people have a decompressor (namely people who actually made it from the source code), and I think it should stay that way: I doubt people would appreciate their graphics being extracted and extrapolated from a .FF file by an almost-readily-available program (not found on DN for it's policy).
So, in summary, yes, it's possible. But most people won't be able to without a great amount of time applied.

I don't think the Seth graphics are in the pack. Nor the king's graphic.
Seth's graphics are most certainly no in the pack, and I think Kyle is right about the King being missing as well.
Which is quite irritating actually, it would be nie to edit the Kings colours to make new Kings.

Yeah, heh, that's what I did. I couldn't imagine doing it for an animated sequences like the Seth graphics, but just grabbing the king is easy.
Just go into the editor, paint the screen white and paste your kings there, then copy the screen. BTW when you invert the king's colours in paintbrush he looks like a scary skull-like figure... It's creepy.....
I just got a funny green-cloaked dude with a white face. Not very scary.
Hey, I'm too lazy to ACTUALLY make a new king!
Though I am making a new Jarvis character...

Ok, here are the Seth BMPS in a zip file, unzip it into your graphics folder, open the file "Sequence.txt" copy the lines into your dmod's dink.ini file, and replace the *** with the sequence number you desire
The Seth BMPS
How I did it? The Redink1 most hated way, printscr + windinkedit

That's rather funny. From an old thread:
Morpheus: Would you have found it easier to actually download the graphics, in BMP format with the INI lines and all?
theprophet: no
Oh, and theprophet, remember to actually attach the file when trying to send me something. But I won't upload them anyway, for much the same reason as before:
1) (So far) everybody else says no. That may change, thanks to people visiting the board at all kinds of weird times, though.
2) You'd want your name as the author/submitter. You didn't make the graphics, why in the world should you get any credit for them?
3) Its the boss graphics; Seth left them purposefully (at least I think) out of the Dink Smallwood BMP Graphics pack. He hides them so you can't find them in DE without work. Why he did this, no-one can be really sure... Seth does work in mysterious ways. I have always assumed, though, that he 'hid' them to make the ending of the original a good surprise. Why wreck that?
4) People can use the Seth graphics quite easily without the need to download the bmps. Just use the same technique that Seth did to make him appear in the original. The only D-Mod that I can think of that does this is EOT2, but nothing is stopping any others.

first: Old
1. Does that matter?
2. I didnt say that, I just included a readme with my name :S
3. Everybody knows that HE is the end-boss, so the suprise is gone
4. Maybe someone wants to modify them?

I think we can assume that Seth doesn't want his image being messed about with and abused in every way by us Dinkers, hence his decision not to release the BMPs.
And we should respect that. Instead of having Seth, come up with a NEW Ancient... it's much more fun!
