The Dink Network

Anyone care to settle mine and Merlin's pissing match? My design vs Merlin's design for The Dink Project's web site.

Edit: Merlin's design now works properly in IE.

I don't like either one yet

They're both too blue and too simple/elegant. Where's all that cheesy sh*t that most people these days put into websites? How about some use of flash that uses Dink-style dialogue in that great Dink yellow text to describe what it is?

For the record, I think Merlin is probably better at urinating, but since I'm not either of you guys' proctologist, I'll be careful not to give a final opinion on that.

Maybe I heard wrong, but I thought proctologists dealt with butts. Anyways, I prefer Merlin's because its a little bigger for the main part, but neither of them look that cool.

I updated my site to a non-frames version. Note that because of this, the site wants to load a bit slower, for some reason. (?).

I don't really like either one, BUT if I had to choose I'd go for Redink's design.

And the site doesn't have to be fancy, so I'm not sure if enhancing it at the cost of longer load times is a good idea for a sourceforge page.

I don't really like the colours, and the sites look a bit too simple... But, I'd go for Merlin's design.

Definately RedInk's design. His is much cleaner and tidier. Merlins is... just text on a background really. RedInks has a layout, I like it. But yeah both of them suck really.

just put some scrolling text and some animated gifs of dancing skeletons and some flashing text and some rainbow text and you will have yourselves some pretty good webpageage.
