I think it's actually 'jinx,' not 'jynx.' I like the name "Jynx" because Dink's bloodline is cursed, but the curse allows for great things to happen (he was cursed to meet with the Ancient, Seth, and destroy him, as with Jameil (CC2)), such as becomming a great hero and women falling hopelessly in love with him.
