More power to the CPU makes the CPU overheat and blow up much more quickly. Also, that's not possible, you can only make the CPU work faster if you overclock it, which is something you don't do by giving it more power.
RAM speed can be overclocked too, but also not through more energy, that'd just be more dangerous.
