If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
When you install programs, often the installer will chuck dll files and other stuff into the system folder or the registry of the PC you installed it on, and the program won't run if it can't find them. That's why you can get portable version of programs (eg Firefox) which keep all the files it needs in the same folder. So if Dink doesn't have all the files it needs in its install folder, then it might not run.
