Well, depending on 'when' you got your nifty new friend,
my suggestion is too 'find files' created on such and
such day and delete anything by that name.Also I would
go into regedit and check the registry...ooo...or you could
restart your computer with your finger on the ctrl key which
brings up the list of options and then choose command promt
only and then type in scanreg/restore and then restore a
backup of your registry from before the problems started.
It sounds like it's spyware too, so maybe get a free spyware
remover program from download.com

P.S. I also just found this removal tool for that toolbar,
I'm pretty sure it's free...(they also give instructions on
how to manually remove all the toolbar in case you don't want
to download anything)
