If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
Short of using one of the warp cheats to move you out of the hardness, perhaps not.

Copy this into a text file and save as key85.c and place in the story folder/director for PQ and then hit the "U" key in the game and Dink in the boat should be warped to middle of the screen (hopefully that will be a free spot....)
