If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
I think you can move away of that place pressing two directional keys (to form a diagonal) at the time: left-up, right-bottom, etc.
Then going to a screen with "screen-lock", and trying to return to the center of the screen, or to a passable place.
That thing of getting stuck happens commonly when you got near the edges of a locked screen (In v1.06). If you are playing in a newer version, I think this method that I mentioned to you will not work.
