What I was implying in the first place was that it'd be absurd, I think, to prohibit ghosts from posting in anything but File Discussion. They have just as much capability to post something stupid/useless in there as they do any other section. Also, having an account doesn't make a junk post any more acceptable.
I would personally prefer that people register an account to post instead of relying on the ghost system, especially if they plan on posting frequently, but the capability to post without registration is there and I don't see any compelling reason to revoke it. It's not as though "Ghost of DK" or "blueink2" posts are ruining the board and undermining it for great injustice.
