A duck is only a duck in the case that it is a duck, and not non-existent as a duck, and not an entity differential from a duck. However, with that in mind, it is an intrinsic property of itself to be itself, therefore, perpetuating that it in itself is not the object of its own affliction, matter, or stance, cancelling the property of itself that makes it exist, it exists, to sum up what Chrispy said.
