I played this one a few months back, but from what I remember you need to go back to where you originally pushed skard to the river and got the plant to heal her. the water spirit will appear on the same screen.. i think you need to be on the lower right portion of the screen. but it is the same screen that you originally see the spirit, that much i do know. good luck!
