SirCabbage, in the future, you might want to not change the point-of-view mid-story. The other entries were in the third person, while yours were in first person. It makes it a bit awkward while reading it.
Edit: And Draconic, this was definately not my best work, and was done in a rushed fashion so I could get the story up and running quickly. If you want to see something that's actually fairly decent, you might want to check out the 'Wound for Torment' story in the Stories forum. Some others are there, but they're not as good.
