Hm, instead of using a frontend, try a command prompt such as: C:\Program Files\dink smallwood\dink.exe -window -game outlndr -truecolor -dinkpal
Or something along those lines. Look in the "+/-" thread to see other examples.
EDIT: Or what I do: make a shortcut to the 32-bit windowed mode dink.exe and in the target after the file location put: -window -game outlndr
