I've had to avoid playing the initiation beta that's been sitting on this PC, just because I know it'll make my scripting seem completely inadequate My fusion slimes still manage to mess up half the time...
For fear of making this thread a Lyna's Story love-in, I'll just have to nominate the power pigs from Quest for Cheese. Especially the final trio... now that was a scary group of monsters.
I don't think it's inevitable that a mod-maker's going to be overly positive about their own work (if I reviewed Cloud Castle, which I might one day, it'd probably get a 7.my mood/10). I'd have to question whether it's a useful thing to do though. And of course, you can only be wary of someone who gives their own mods suspiciously high marks
