If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
sp_size('sprite#',size%); changes the size of a sprite(first #) to the size set by the second #. It implies that modders will just take any sprite and shrink it to half size and call it Frodo in a LotR dmod. I just thought it was neat to say it in a way uniqely Dink.
