Actually, there sort of is a DMOD like that... A few years ago I played The Shadow Guild: https://www.dinknetwork.com/file/the_shadow_guild/
It's an unfinished DMOD and from what I recall Dink is an evil dink in this DMOD. It has a horrible rating but I enjoyed it to some extent, I don't think it's as bad as its rating would suggest. It's just that as far as I remember, Dink is a straight up evil protagonist with little to no redeeming qualities. I found that rather interesting in some ways.
