From my tests in the past to access saved games for cross-platform apps, the only reliable way to get to them is to plug your device into a computer and access the file system that way.
There used to be file explorer apps that could still get to them but that exploit seems to have been patched out - They can be viewable but trying to move/copy them doesn't, at least with what I've tried.
The only other option would be for the app on your android device to have a custom save directory - such as the documents folder on your phone. I've seen some indy games do this in the past.
