Haha, that reminds me of something, recently there were some efforts into making an "AI" driven Doom port. Where each frame is generated by AI instead of being rendered in a classical way. Basically, the AI model would read user input, and based on that, determine what the next game frame would be, etc.

The results are very schizo, with enemies popping in and out of existence, space becoming noneuclidian in freaky ways, damage not being consistent, etc
But I suppose it's quite impressive in a way... Maybe if you feed the model all Dink DMOD video recordings ever made it could simulate Dink as well haha.
