I found this small island near koka isle but I found it through a glitch I suppose as there was another place which allowed me to walk on water AFTER entering koka isle, it was from a bridge that allows us to reach the place of guy selling flame bow. This place has a treasure chest, a potion and a secret stairway but I have no clue how the hell to reach or find the other end of that staircase. Pls. have a look for yourself in this screenshot
