It was a pleasure to read what has happened to you after such a long absence.
For MANY years, I too was little more than a lurker and downloader on the DN. But, about 2 or 3 years ago, that changed and now I log in, chat, and have contributed 3 dmods.
Thanks for being part of this odd experiment in software and community, and most of all, thanks for coming back and offering "to help the community in any way [you] can (marketing, software dev)" too!
