umm.. thats what i was going to say.. do you have ANY idea how hard it is to "hack into the database"? i have not tried (and i won't, what would e the point?), but i do know that the database is stored in a flat file, so for a start there are no external connections to bind to, which means you need shell access.. which means you need to try to break ssh code.. (assuming they are using ssh.. most servers do nowadays) which is HARD. standard ssh is encrypted... 128 bit i believe (dont quote me on that). and all to do what exactly??
just thaught i'd point that out, and yes, i have tried my hand at "cracking", but found it to be a pointless excercise, and most of the other "hackers" were 13 year olds (absolutely NO offence intended here), who posted things online like "1 4m 7h3 84XX0r man", which i found to be
1.- pointless
2.- irritating, i cannot read cracklandlanguage
3.- plain stupid. do these people habe nothing better to do??
