If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
It's F1 through to F4 for small -> massive. If you want to change the buttons just change the name of the script. For 1 through 4:
key-112.c would become key-49.c
key-113.c would become key-50.c
key-114.c would become key-51.c
key-115.c would become key-52.c
key-112.c would become key-49.c
key-113.c would become key-50.c
key-114.c would become key-51.c
key-115.c would become key-52.c
