Sounds like you didnt get the first one (surprises me noone gets that i thought it would be found first) 
Starting at wizards house go down (towards bottom of screen) right and down again the island there has one...
Go back to before u walk across the water - Walk right from there till u cant go further and down 2 screens and right again 2nd portal.
5 screens straight up burn a tree and use the warp twice to get the 3rd portal
come back to the start of that warp and go left once, up 4 screens, go 2 left and burn the group of trees
thats 4th Hope u are enjoying
