Fictional characters are often named after things, are an amalgamation of certain words, or are named after a corruption of words.
In this case, Milder Flatstop -
Milder - he is the mild Dink. He got to the Darklands, but got his knights killed and lost to Seth.
Flatstomp - his flat stomping made a lot of noise which awakened the Darklands dragons which killed all the knights. It is also a reference to his seething anger if you choose the dick option in the final battle.
But seriously, if it's Mill durr, I'm still calling him Mild er. So much better.
