If you don't have an account, just leave the password field blank.
That is probably the nastiest bug in DinkHD you can run across. I had it happen to me when I first played Cast Awakening. I had to delete DinkHD off my computer and reinstall it to fix the issue. It doesn't fix the casino bug, so just avoid the casino if you're going to play cast awakening.
