Scratcher said he uploaded it. You responded to him by saying "No, you haven't", which means you are saying he lied, therefore calling him a liar. Right now you're trying to make excuses and cover up your tracks, which isn't going to do you any good. Just admit you made a mistake, apologize to Scratcher and you'll get away with much less hate from people.
