I think that's rubbish. Why would you lower the bar for DMODs from the past? No reason to discourage people by saying they should now obide higher standards. That doesn't motivate anyone. I think every DMOD should be judged the same when it comes to the category it is put in. And in my opinion that could very well include changing the category 15 years after release if that is correct according to the current ideas. After all the entire idea of making these categories is to help people to decide what kind of DMOD they want to play, that should be leading.

If you are able to make a DMOD that is more expansive than prophecy of the ancients you should be rightfully proud. Even if making prophecy of the ancients was more difficult back in '98.
