There are many DMODs that everybody would love to see finished. Why of all DMODs choose CC3 to be the one people keep whining about? It simply isn't going to happen.
If you want to look forward to a DMOD, look forward to one that is (probably) being worked on. Let's say Quest for Dorinthia 3 or the Dark Avilan. And enjoy what's out there already, there's a lot of good stuff out there. (And heaps of mediocre stuff as well, as cocomonkey has demonstrated.)
