Reply to Couple Small TDN Updates

1) Added RSS! The hidden 'link' should be on all pages (so if your browser has a plugin to detect when RSS feeds are available, it should detect it). Also added a link on the main News page (upper-right corner).
2) Gave Skull a custom icon.
3) Gave CocoMonkey a custom icon (whether he uses it or not is up to him).
4) Fixed bug where custom icons weren't displayed in edit profile page correctly.
