the old man you meet at the start after malachi tricks you , the well* as in when you punch it he remarks about it , after talking he was near the well* punched both together one blow and it got stuck , will try again put a screenshot this time.
also dang shells only one disappeared despite talking to all.
it happened again here is the screenshot as you can see i am stuck at the spot after punching both old man and the well* in one punch. the game had to be alt + f4
