Eating a vegan diet is more economical, healthful and friendly to the planet.

1.Meat is extremely expensive compared to basic grains and vegetables. Especially if we're talking about meat that's produced in a sustainable and organic matter, which will greatly add to the cost. Rice and beans, on the other hand, provide complete protein at a fraction of the cost. A.K.A "good" meat isn't an economical option for most people, even in the developed world.

2.For how much industrial meat production rapes the land, the nutritional output is relatively low. Vegetables have more vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytochemicals and fiber on a per calorie basis. A.K.A, meat is less than vital to a healthy diet in the developed world.

3.If a humans are reduced to the level of a common animals (e.g a breakdown of society from some post-apocalyptic scenario) or still living as nomads in a backwards country (e.g Africa), then meat consumption for survival is completely reasonable. However, that obviously isn't the case for the developed world (e.g everyone who has the capacity to post in this thread). A.K.A, meat isn't necessary for our survival.

4.Omnivorous cans survive on meat AND/OR plants. There is absolutely nothing essential in meat that plants can't easily replace. Don't even mention protein. Simple combinations of various plants, quinoa and soy provide high quality protein. As a vegan weight lifter, I can attest to the fact that I've seen good results that differ little from when I was a vegetarian and even farther back when I was eating meat. A.K.A if you actually need "muh protein" that bad plants will easily suffice.

6.If you want a little meat go out and hunt it down. Quit relying on companies that harm our planets for "muh protein". That would just be natural.
A.K.A, industrial meat production isn't "natural".

5.Quit starting inflammatory arguments that you're never prepared for outside of a cursory internet search. A.K.A stop being you.

6.Troll on my wayward son, they'll be rage when you are done. A.K.A keep being you.
